Job Description:

This is a full-time, temporary internship within the National IT – Client Services – End User Services – Digital Workplace – Windows Engineering team. The intern will support the Windows platform using tools like Intune, SCCM, and Bigfix. Responsibilities include:

Windows Product Homepage Refresh: Updating the Digital Workplace Windows Product Homepage to better serve customers and stakeholders.
Windows PC Hardware Model Refresh: Coordinating with vendors to introduce the next generation of PCs to the Federal Reserve System.
Windows Endpoint Cloud Migration: Assisting the Digital Workplace Windows Team in migrating Endpoint Management workloads from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud.
Windows Product Development: Collaborating with the Digital Workplace Windows Product Team, Scrum Master, and Product Owners to improve the delivery of products and services using product management best practices and Agile methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Entry-level experience and proficiency in the field.
• Ability to balance workload and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks when faced with competing requests/issues.
• Preferred: Undergraduate entering their junior or senior year with an Information Technology or Computer Science degree.

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/week). Some additional hours may be required.
