Job Description:
Radwell International is offering a 10-week summer internship program in 2025 for students. The internship is a full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm) paying $20 per hour.
Internship Structure:
• Project-Based: Interns will be assigned a specific project at the start of their internship, aligning with their field of study and the department they’re placed in.
• Department Options: Internships are available in the following departments:
• Engineering (multiple positions)
• Human Resources
• IT
• Accounting (multiple positions)
• *Note: Departments and positions may vary.•
Responsibilities: The primary responsibility is the successful completion of the assigned project, contributing to departmental deliverables. Additional tasks may be assigned.
Program Requirements:
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Academic Standing: Must have completed their sophomore or junior year of college and be currently enrolled in their junior or senior year for the upcoming semester.
• GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Recommendation: One letter of recommendation from a professor in their major.
• Transcripts: College transcripts are required.
• Application Materials: Online application, resume, and cover letter are mandatory. The cover letter must address:
• What the applicant hopes to gain from the internship experience.
• Why the applicant is uniquely qualified for an internship at Radwell International (including relevant coursework, projects, experiences, and extracurricular activities).
Qualifications:
• Completed Sophomore or Junior year of college; currently enrolled in college.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work efficiently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma is required; currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
