Job Description: Technology Labs Intern
This is a 12-week paid internship offering hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art lab environment. Interns will work directly with teams testing T-Mobile products before network launch. The internship takes place at the Bellevue Launchpad, a 100,000+ square foot lab used to validate network products.
What You’ll Do:
• Design and build 5G radio systems: This involves working with the latest 5G hardware and software solutions to create test environments.
• Support lab team members: Troubleshoot issues with test systems.
• Develop procedures and policy: Contribute to maintaining efficient lab systems.
Key Responsibilities: The intern will directly contribute to the testing and validation process for T-Mobile’s products, working on real-world projects with immediate impact.
Qualifications:
• Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering, with a preference for specializations in Electromagnetics, Telecommunications, or Wireless Systems.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States. No visa sponsorship is available.
• Experience: Must have graduated within the last 12 months or be actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program. T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile employees are ineligible.
• Location: Must be able to work on-site at T-Mobile offices in Bellevue, Washington, during the internship. Relocation assistance may be provided for those residing over 50 miles away.
• Age: At least 18 years old.
Compensation: Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour, based on experience and location.
