Job Description: Summer 2025 Supply Chain & Operations Internship
tarte cosmetics is offering a summer internship program (June 4th – August 8th, 2025) for rising seniors at accredited colleges/universities. This in-person internship in the New York City office provides hands-on experience in various operations departments:
• Launch: Gaining insight into new product introductions.
• Production: Understanding the manufacturing process.
• Quality Assurance: Learning about quality control measures.
• Retail Operations: Exploring the retail side of the business.
• Logistics: Experiencing the complexities of product distribution.
• Warehouse Operations: Working within the warehouse environment.
Responsibilities:** Interns will support daily operations, own assigned tasks, participate in trainings and presentations, collaborate on a Capstone Project with other interns, and develop crucial skills including teamwork, leadership, analysis, and strategic thinking.
Requirements:** Applicants must be current students at accredited colleges/universities (rising seniors preferred), available to work in-person in NYC during the specified dates, be able to handle a fast-paced environment, possess strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills, and demonstrate excellent written and interpersonal abilities.
