Job Description:
This internship posting is a prescreening for various manufacturing engineering roles at Intel’s US manufacturing or technology development sites (Oregon, California, New Mexico, Arizona). The opportunity offers hands-on experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment, leveraging a STEM education.
Specific Responsibilities and Tasks:
• Contributing to the design and optimization of factory layouts.
• Tailoring machinery to meet specific production needs.
• Innovating procedures to enhance manufacturing efficiency and performance.
• Collaborating across various engineering specializations including Operations, Module Engineering, Process Integration, and more.
• Honing problem-solving, teamwork, and technical expertise skills in a high-tech setting.
• Maintaining high operational standards and top performance in manufacturing facilities to support the creation of new technologies.

• Must be enrolled/pursuing a Master’s degree OR PhD in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related STEM field.
• Requires 3+ months of educational or industry experience.
