Job Description: Intern – Business Technology Operations
The EMKF Business Technology Operations internship offers on-the-job training and experience in business technology operations. This internship is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for a professional role in this field. Mentorship and training will be provided. A degree in business technology operations or computer science is preferred but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides entry-level business technology operations support under the supervision of professional staff.
• Undertakes and participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise.
• Participates in the planning and implementation of Foundation projects and initiatives on the technology team.
• Interacts with colleagues and internal/external professionals to plan and complete daily work assignments.
• Participates in an Internship Service activity.
• Presents an Internship Capstone project.
• Participates in other professional development activities.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Location: This internship is based in Kansas City, MO, and requires interns to be located in the Kansas City metropolitan area for the duration of the internship.
