Job Description: Field Engineering Intern (2025)
This 12-week internship (May – August 2025) offers hands-on experience for Bachelor’s or Master’s students in engineering or related STEM fields. Interns will work alongside experienced engineers on various field operations, including:
• Project Completion: Contributing to internal projects focused on delivering customer outcomes and identifying areas for business improvement.
• Field Operations Assistance: Supporting activities such as drilling, well testing, and equipment maintenance.
• Data Analysis: Collecting and analyzing data from field activities to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems related to field operations and equipment.
• Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Ensuring equipment is in proper working order through inspection and maintenance.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records and documentation of field activities, equipment inspections, and safety measures.
• HS&E Compliance: Adhering to Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, or another STEM-related field.
• Minimum GPA of 2.75/4.0 (or equivalent).
• Fluency in oral and written English and strong communication skills.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship (locations vary).
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
Compensation: hourly rate range: $22-$44. Flexible working patterns may be available.
