Job Description: Responsible Sourcing Summer Internship

Internship Program: This ten-week internship is part of Tiffany & Co.’s esteemed Summer 2025 Class. The program provides an immersive experience into the world of luxury jewelry through on-the-job learning, exploration of the business, and networking opportunities with Tiffany leaders and fellow interns.

Dates: June 2, 2025, to August 8, 2025 (Full-time commitment required).

Location: Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY.

Salary: $25 per hour.

Focus: This internship focuses on enhancing Tiffany’s responsible sourcing efforts through the Social and Environmental Accountability (SEA) Program.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning:
• Utilize supplier feedback to design the 2025 Responsible Sourcing Supplier Training Summit, ensuring it meets supplier training needs and aligns with the team’s engagement goals.
• Develop supplier resources and training materials to enhance Tiffany’s offerings.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
Program Development and Enhancement:
• Work with the Responsible Sourcing team to enhance existing SEA program initiatives and develop new strategies to integrate responsible sourcing into business operations.
• Assist in creating educational materials for internal stakeholders regarding SEA program updates.
Communication & Outreach:
• Communicate the Responsible Sourcing team’s data strategy to internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment.
• Contribute to external communications regarding data transparency and responsible sourcing progress.

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in Sustainability, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated interest in sustainability, responsible sourcing, or corporate social responsibility.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with event planning or project coordination.
• Familiarity with sourcing or supply chain management, especially within the retail or luxury goods sectors (advantageous but not required).
