Summer Business Internship Programme

The Summer Business Internship Programme at LSEG is designed to simulate their Business Associate Programme, giving interns a realistic understanding of a career at the company.

Eligibility:

• You must be in your junior year of your undergraduate studies due to complete all the requirements of your course by summer 2026.

Programme Details:

• The internship lasts for 9 weeks, starting in June 2025.
• You will have the opportunity to explore potential career paths by working in the Post Trade or Capital Markets, gaining insight into areas supporting financial risk, existing products, or working with Sales/Account Management teams in FX.
• You will be placed in an area based on your skills and interests, and how they align with the business needs.
• LSEG will connect you with relevant departments to help you learn more about different areas of the company.
• You will apply your skills to real-world business challenges in real roles that contribute to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in a 1-week tailored induction to prepare you for your internship.
• Work with your team on real projects and contribute to the success of the organization.

• Highly motivated individual with a passion for innovation and growth.
• Ability to connect the dots and think creatively.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets through studies, work experience, or extracurricular activities.
• Curiosity for data and ability to analyze information to draw conclusions and propose solutions.
• Strong focus, resilience, and flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Students with backgrounds in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Science, Engineering, Technology, or similar fields are encouraged to apply.

• Untimed Immersive Online Assessment.
• Video Interview (strength-based interview style).
• Half-day virtual assessment centre with various exercises.

Compensation and Benefits (New York Applicants Only):

• Anticipated base salary range: $45,700 – $85,100.
