This internship offers a hands-on experience in the dynamic world of manufacturing, where you can apply your STEM education. You’ll contribute to developing cutting-edge manufacturing processes by:
• Collaborating on the design and optimization of factory layouts.
• Tailoring machinery to meet production needs.
• Innovating procedures that enhance manufacturing efficiency and performance.
You’ll be involved across various engineering specializations, including Operations, Module Engineering, Process Integration, and more. This role allows you to hone your skills in:

Qualifications:
• Enrolled/pursuing a Master’s degree OR PhD in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Microelectronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or related STEM field.
• 3+ months of educational or industry experience.
Important Notes:
• This application is for Spring 2025 and Summer 2025 internships. You must be available to start work during this time frame.
• Job location will be based out of one of Intel’s US manufacturing or technology development sites (Oregon, California, New Mexico, Arizona).
• Job location and modality of work will be communicated at time of offer.
• This position is not available in the state of Colorado.
About Intel’s Manufacturing and Product Engineering (MPE) Business Group:
MPE is responsible for test development across product segments, supporting 95% of Intel’s revenue. They deliver comprehensive pre-production test suites and component/physical debug capabilities to enable high quality, high volume manufacturing.
