Job Description: Supply Chain Graduate Internship – Planning & Logistics

This 10-12 week summer internship offers a unique and multi-faceted experience within AT&T’s Supply Chain Planning & Logistics team. You’ll be placed in a work group that aligns with your skills and interests, collaborating with other interns and team members to achieve successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Vendor Performance: Track and analyze vendor performance against established targets, ensuring adherence to quality, delivery, and other logistics objectives.
Problem Solving: Develop and implement solutions for complex problems requiring in-depth data analysis and consideration of multiple variables.
Financial Modeling: Create financial models, including Present Mode of Operation (PMO) and Future Mode of Operation (FMO), to analyze business cases, compare vendor options, and support decision-making.
Project Management: Lead high-impact quality projects, utilizing expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, TL9000, and other relevant methodologies.
Process Improvement: Manage and refine existing processes and procedures to ensure successful project completion.
Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively in cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder relationships with diverse goals, and communicating technical information effectively.

Qualifications:

Education: Current enrollment in a graduate degree program with a focus on Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. Graduation expected by Spring 2026.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Tableau, and other relevant tools.
Quality Improvement: Experience leading high-impact quality projects with expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, TL9000, or similar methodologies.
Financial Modeling: Demonstrated ability to develop financial models for business case analysis and vendor comparisons.
Project Management: Proven success in managing projects, processes, and procedures to completion.
Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information effectively.
Leadership: Ability to lead others and manage stakeholder relationships.
Background: Prior experience in the telecommunications, high-technology, or related industries is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $80,000 annually
