Job Description: Graduate Internship – Summer 2025
Blue Origin is seeking graduate interns for its Summer 2025 cohort. The internship program offers a 12-week opportunity for interns to gain valuable hands-on experience in various functional areas within the company. Interns will utilize their academic, project, and degree program foundations to perform professional-level work under the guidance of experienced mentors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform professional-level work in support of the assigned functional area.
• Apply academic, project, and degree program knowledge to real-world challenges.
• Contribute to the team’s success through individual and collaborative efforts.
• Gain hands-on experience in space-related projects and technologies.
• Build valuable connections with industry professionals.
Required Qualifications:
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
• Currently enrolled in a graduate program and have at least one semester or quarter of school remaining after the internship.
• Completed at least one year of full-time coursework post high school graduation at the time of application.
• Available to work full time for a minimum of 12 weeks while not concurrently enrolled in coursework.
• Strong written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for space.
Desired Qualifications:
• Relevant internship/co-op and academic project experience that demonstrates development of both technical skills relevant to the internship as well as leadership qualities.
• Hands-on project experience.
• Co-curricular engagement.
Compensation:
The compensation for on-site WA, CO, and CA applicants is between $34.17 and $38 hourly.
