About the Internship:

The Starbucks Internship Program is a paid, full-time, 12-week program (June – early September 2025). This program is designed to provide students with meaningful work experience in a field of interest and expertise within the Starbucks Partner and Customer Solutions team. Roles will be based out of the Seattle Support Center in Seattle, WA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Rapid prototyping, CAD modeling, 3D printing, and cardboard modeling
• Conduct user interviews and user testing experience
• Create wireframes, journey maps, and flow diagrams

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar CAD program
• Interested in Human-centered design process
• Passionate about accessibility and inclusive design
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to design pragmatic solutions
• Familiarity with Arduino and/or Raspberry Pi prototyping
• Familiarity with user experience design
• Strong interpersonal skills including excellent communication and the ability to collaborate and work well with others

Program Requirements:

• Active enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a bachelor’s degree
• Ability to work full time from June – early September 2025
• Eligibility to work in the United States
