Job Description: Business Development Representative
This role involves partnering with ADP’s domestic and global field sellers in the Global Enterprise Solutions space to build new client pipelines and grow market share. The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy individual with a “hunter” mentality and a strong understanding of value-based selling.
Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Lead Generation:
• Cultivate prospect accounts and nurture them into sales opportunities.
• Implement a sales strategy targeted towards decision-makers and business owners.
• Build relationships with existing clients and explore opportunities for additional business.
• Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Serve as a trusted advisor and ADP ambassador.
• Demonstrate grace under pressure and maintain high ethical standards.
• Utilize digital technology to conduct sales activities (no travel required).
Requirements:
