The TL;DR

• Pay: $192–$193.36 hourly
• Mission: Learn to efficiently deliver and merchandise products, service customers, and prepare for a permanent route assignment in any delivery discipline.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Driving & Licensing: Learn to drive a Class A CDL vehicle and obtain required licensing within 10 weeks of the training start date.
• Delivery Operations: Master processes and gain skills to service customers, including invoicing using a handheld device and properly handling products upon delivery.
• Merchandising Standards: Develop merchandising habits and techniques to ensure customer and consumer satisfaction, meet Company standards, and execute commercial plans.
• Asset Management: Learn proper accounting procedures for cash and paperwork accountability, ensuring company assets and inventory are securely managed.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to company standards on safety, equipment usage, and all Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration rules regarding DOT and Hours of Service.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Knowledge of the beverage or delivery industry.
• Experience: Previous route delivery, direct store delivery, stocking, merchandising products, or retail management experience is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving history, strong customer service skills, self-motivation with a high degree of integrity, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Bonus: Availability and willingness to work some weekends and holidays, and the ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (Class A CDL).
