• Mission: This role involves preparing tax returns, planning assignments, and research projects to provide comprehensive tax services and projections for clients.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Prepare: Accurately and efficiently prepare tax returns and apply feedback to prevent future errors.
• Generate: Create income tax projections and estimate calculations for clients.
• Conduct: Perform research, analysis, development, and summarization of financial information.
• Evaluate: Analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to standards.
• Organize: Maintain and organize client files according to established firm standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting (junior, senior, or masters student) with a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Experience: Basic knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles is required.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong commitment to professional and client service excellence, and the ability to work 40 hours per week.
