What You’ll Actually Do
• Modeling & Drafting: Contribute to structural modeling and drafting for a variety of projects.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that assigned projects are executed in compliance with the quality management system.
• Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Support an integrated design process by collaborating across different engineering disciplines.
• Client Engagement: Actively listen and respond to client needs and expectations.
• Knowledge Sharing: Stay up to date with industry standards, guidelines, techniques, and innovations, and share relevant knowledge with your team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Basic proficiency in at least one drafting software (e.g., Revit, Advance Steel, or similar).
• Skills: Strong communication skills, high level of proficiency in English (both spoken and written), and eagerness to learn and grow in structural design.
• Bonus: Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
