What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Implement: Assist in designing and implementing leadership development offerings and programs.
• Data and Reporting: Support data collection and reporting on leadership development metrics and reports.
• Program Coordination: Help organize leadership development journeys, including workshops, digital bundles, mentoring programs, and events.
• Logistics and Communications: Coordinate logistics and communications for leadership development initiatives.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback to continuously improve leadership development programs.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience: Strong interest in leadership development and skills.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights; organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Experience in organizational change management; domain knowledge; experience in offering/program development and implementation; demonstrated business acumen; competent with technology and tooling, including Generative AI.
