What You’ll Actually Do
• Educate customers on telecommunications and entertainment products and services through face-to-face interactions.
• Represent one of the nation’s leading telecommunications and entertainment brands with professionalism.
• Manage a designated territory throughout the Charlotte area to build customer relationships and conduct sales presentations.
• Consistently meet and exceed individual sales goals by helping customers choose the best solutions for their needs.
• Learn our leadership systems and business operations through hands-on training to prepare for future management opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant, or other people-focused roles.
• Experience: 0–3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, a self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset, dependable and professional, and enjoys working in a collaborative team environment.
• Bonus: Bachelor’s degree preferred, currently resides in the Charlotte area, and has reliable transportation.
