The Tone:
This is a 12-month on-property paid training and development program with Auberge Collection, offered across various property locations. Auberge Collection operates as a portfolio of 39 unique hotels, resorts, safaris, and residences, each crafted to bring the soul of its locale to life through captivating design, exceptional cuisine, and service. This program offers a fast-track pathway for future leaders in Food & Beverage, preparing them to seamlessly transition into a management role within the company’s expanding luxury hotel environment. It is designed to cultivate the next generation of managers who will uphold the company’s commitment to delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain comprehensive operational experience and master service delivery standards within the Food & Beverage department across different property settings.
• Participate in dedicated professional development, focusing on essential management skills, leadership principles, and critical soft skills during the second phase of the program.
• Contribute through 80% work experience rotations designed to provide deep functional knowledge and practical application throughout the program’s duration.
• Engage in structured support role rotations across various departments within a property, with learning objectives guiding each experience to broaden understanding.
• Be strategically placed into a management position within Auberge Collection upon successful completion of all program components, based on availability and willingness to relocate.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level graduates or current students from an accredited hospitality school located within the United States, seeking to enter the luxury hotel industry.
• Experience: No specific years of prior experience are strictly required, though previous engagement in hospitality settings is valued as a preferred qualification.
• Skills:
• A deep-seated passion for the hospitality industry, coupled with a steadfast commitment to crafting and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Highly effective communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills, enabling seamless interaction with guests and colleagues alike.
• A demonstrable willingness to learn, proactive curiosity, resilient adaptability, and strong self-motivation to navigate and excel in a demanding environment.
• The proven capacity to perform effectively and thrive within a high-demand operational setting.
