• Team: Field Support team in Field Accounting
• Mission: To provide financial support to field operations while ensuring top internal customer service across the organization.
• Tech Stack: MS Office (Excel, Word, Access)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Liaison: Facilitate communication between field operations and corporate functions such as Accounts Payable, Treasury, Capital Assets, and Payroll.
• Financial Accuracy: Help ensure monthly profit and loss statements accurately reflect the results of the period.
• Policy Adherence: Confirm accounting practices conform to Group Accounting Policies and Procedures and maintain internal controls.
• Transaction Processing: Validate field requests and prepare necessary journal entries.
• Project Support: Complete special projects as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, as a rising Junior or Senior, in Accounting or a similar undergraduate program.
• Experience: Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (both oral and written), high level of attention to detail and organization, strong interpersonal skills with all levels of Management, proficiency regarding time and meeting target dates, ability to work under pressure given tight deadlines, quick learner, self-directed, proactive, curious, flexible, adaptable, and able to act decisively with little or no supervision, ability to demonstrate awareness, understanding, and skills vital to work in a diverse environment.
