• Mission: Owns accurate customer billing and invoicing processes to ensure proper cash flow and provide reliable financial information for projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Manage customer billing and invoicing activities for projects.
• Review: Review invoice information for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and questions.
• Maintain: Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Support: Support month-end and other recurring financial processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Entry-Level career professional.
• Experience: No specific years required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent people skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bonus: Internship or co-op experience in finance, accounting, or business, experience working with ERP or financial systems, interest in developing a career in financial analysis and reporting, demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn.
