The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level role at ResProp Management, located in Texas, Florida, or South Carolina. ResProp Management is a multi-family property management company that helps individuals find apartment homes and builds communities. Since its start in 2010, the company has grown to over 21,000 units and continues to expand daily. This two-year program is designed to develop purpose-driven college graduates with strong character, talent, and drive, preparing them to manage multi-million dollar real estate assets within a growing company.

• Team: Works within various operational teams, reporting to mentors and program leads.
• Mission: To learn all aspects of multifamily operations to prepare for managing multi-million dollar real estate assets through operational exposure and stretch projects.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain hands-on experience in leasing and marketing to drive financial performance and manage property budgets.
• Develop skills in customer service, procurement processes, and collections/evictions procedures.
• Participate in asset management decision-making, including lease-up and marketing strategies for properties.
• Contribute to facilities management by conducting property inspections, planning, and monitoring construction projects and vendor relationships.
• Engage in a rigorous training program combining academic readings, discussions, and stretch projects to deepen business and investment principles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree, entry-level, with core domain knowledge in real estate operations and business.
• Experience: This is an entry-level program, requiring demonstrated teamwork and leadership ability.
• Skills: Exceptional work ethic, effective verbal and written communication that adapts to different audiences, ability to work and produce results in new and unstructured situations, and a detail-oriented approach with critical accuracy.
• Bonus: An interest in real estate operations and investment management, along with a strong GPA.
