What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Summarize key statistical data by comparing actual monthly hotel financial statements against prior periods, budget, and forecast.
• Tool Development: Develop financial tools for evaluating the viability of hotel operating forecasts and capital markets activities.
• Data Reconciliation: Reconcile operating data to support quarterly and annual financial planning and reporting.
• Model Assistance: Assist in building financial models to evaluate investment returns on proposed capital projects.
• Cross-Functional Support: Support cross-functional teams with due diligence, market research, and closing activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Recent graduates (Class of 2026) or students expected to graduate by May 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience with complex modeling, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting of business impacts and trends.
• Skills: Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills with an ability to synthesize findings clearly.
• Bonus: Interest in real estate investment, hospitality operations, and portfolio performance management.
