The Tone:
This is a full-time general management training program at Restaurant Brands International, located in Miami, FL. The company builds some of the most loved restaurant brands in the world, including Burger King and Popeyes. This program is designed for future corporate leaders, offering hands-on operations experience and direct responsibility for a multi-unit P&L, making it a launchpad for a career impacting global restaurant operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Foundational Operations: Build a strong foundation in restaurant operations by learning every role from Team Member to Assistant Manager over six months.
• Restaurant Management: Lead a restaurant as General Manager in year one, taking full responsibility for a team of 20+ and executing improvement plans to drive performance.
• Multi-Unit Leadership: Transition to a District Manager role in year two, leading a portfolio of restaurants, coaching General Managers, and ensuring operational consistency.
• Strategic Impact: Apply restaurant experience on a broader scale, gaining exposure to strategic operations and Brand leadership while delivering results across a multi-unit business.
• Career Pathing: Prepare for future roles in Field Operations, working with restaurants across the country, or Restaurant Support Center Operations in areas like training and innovation.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduating with an undergraduate degree between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Experience: Willingness to work in-restaurant, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Possess a valid United States Driver’s License or the ability to attain one.
• Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and natural leadership abilities. Comfort with ambiguity and an energized approach to a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus: Preference for business or hospitality majors. Previous experience in restaurants, retail, hotels, or guest-facing industries is a plus. Flexibility and openness to relocation opportunities within the continental United States are strongly preferred.
