• Team: Global Planning Tools and Processes team
• Mission: Lead the Global Planning Tools and Processes team, overseeing supply and demand planning tools, global forecasting processes, and data architecture to support YETI’s monthly Demand and Sales Plans.
• Tech Stack: SAP IBP (Demand & Supply), Tableau, PowerBI, Excel, SQL/Python (familiarity is a plus)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Tool Ownership: Own the performance and accuracy of YETI’s demand and supply planning tools, including SAP IBP.
• Capability Development: Define future planning capabilities, influencing regional teams across the Americas, Europe, and Asia to drive adoption of planning tools, processes, and enhancements.
• Data Architecture: Ensure proper data flow between planning systems by reviewing current data architecture, identifying and implementing solutions to simplify structure, and improving performance and data accuracy.
• Global Demand Coordination: Coordinate YETI’s global demand planning process monthly, ensuring consistent templates, assumptions, data standards, and deliverable dates across all regions and channels.
• Strategic Alignment: Consolidate final demand plan submissions, partner with Supply Planning to develop constrained demand views, and communicate effectively with senior partners across Sales, Supply Chain, Product Management, and Finance to ensure alignment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with over 10 years of relevant experience, including planning tool experience, and 5+ years of management experience.
• Experience: Strong planning experience with SAP IBP Demand and Supply strongly preferred. Proven experience designing and scaling planning processes within global, omni-channel environments.
• Skills: Strong analytics and Excel expertise; data visualization experience; excellent influencing, presentation, and executive communication skills; high attention to detail, data-driven decision making, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: SQL/Python familiarity; ideal backgrounds include fashion, tech, or consumer goods; successful track record of leading global, cross-functional teams.
