The Tone:
This is a full-time role at DSV, located in Phoenix, AZ. DSV is a global transport and logistics provider, established in 1976 and now the world’s 3rd largest, operating in over 80 countries with close to 150,000 colleagues. This program is designed to develop the next generation of logistics professionals and future leaders, contributing to keeping global supply chains flowing. The role matters by providing recent graduates with real business experience and a deep understanding of international trade.

The TL;DR

• Location: In-person Phoenix, AZ
• Pay: $50000–$52000 annually
• Mission: Solve for developing the next generation of logistics professionals and future leaders by providing real business experience and a deep understanding of global supply chains.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Gain hands-on operational experience within global logistics.
• Exposure: Understand global supply chains through exposure to different areas of logistics, including Air & Sea Freight, Road Transport, and Contract Logistics.
• Mentorship: Receive mentorship from experienced leaders to support professional development.
• Development: Participate in structured professional development opportunities and performance evaluations.
• Certification: Have the opportunity to earn the FIATA Diploma in Freight Forwarding and pursue additional professional credentials through the NCBFAA.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor Degree. Entry-Level. Recent graduate from a university or academic program.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required. Must have unrestricted authorization to work in the US. DSV will not provide visa sponsorship for this position.
