What You’ll Actually Do
• Tax Preparation: Prepare individual and entity tax returns for high-net-worth clients, S-Corps, and partnerships.
• Tax Review: Review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance across various client types.
• Planning Support: Provide support for tax planning initiatives, contributing to client financial strategy.
• Client Engagement & Strategy: Lead client engagements, own dedicated client portfolios, and drive tax strategy for various entities.
• Team Leadership: Mentor staff and contribute to the development and growth of the tax team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This role requires proven expertise in public accounting tax services. Managers must hold an active CPA or EA license.
• Experience: All levels require recent and relevant tax experience gained within a public accounting firm environment.
• Skills: Individual tax preparation, entity tax preparation (S-Corp, partnership), tax return review, tax planning support, client portfolio management.
• Bonus: A CPA or EA license is a significant advantage for Staff and Senior Accountant roles.
