What You’ll Actually Do
• Audit & Tax Engagements: Participate in different phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
• Financial Analysis: Plan, test, research, and report on financial information.
• Financial Reporting: Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Tax Specialization: Engage in corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Client Interaction: Interact meaningfully with staff at all levels and with a diverse repertoire of clients.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax.
• Experience: Completion of the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license; a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Skills: Detail-oriented leadership, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
