The Tone:
This is a full-time, early-career rotational role at Acuity, located in Atlanta, GA, following a hybrid model. • Team: Part of the BUILD Program, rotating through Cyber Security & Cloud Operations areas, with mentorship from a Network & Security Engineering leader.
• Mission: Develop broad business understanding, functional expertise, and professional skills through hands-on experience in secure, scalable, AI-enabled platforms.
• Tech Stack: Cloud platforms, automation, CI/CD, containers, observability, platform engineering, AI-powered capabilities, security analytics, predictive operations, cloud optimization, agentic platforms, orchestration capabilities, Microsoft Office Suite.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Associate Experience: Support internal technology functions that improve the digital associate experience, modern workplace capabilities, and secure access to enterprise tools and services.
• Infrastructure & Networking: Design, support, and optimize core infrastructure, networking, connectivity, and system reliability across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Application Security: Contribute to security initiatives such as threat reduction, vulnerability management, secure development practices, identity and access controls, monitoring, and cyber risk management.
• Cloud & Platform Engineering: Gain experience with cloud platforms, automation, CI/CD, containers, observability, platform engineering, and resilient service operations.
• AI-Enabled Solutions: Partner with teams to explore and support AI-powered capabilities, agentic platforms, and orchestration capabilities for secure and governed enterprise workflows.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor of Science degree; Entry-Level career.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of applicable work experience.
• Skills: Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Agile software development, exposure to AI or emerging technologies through coursework, research, or internships, proven innovative problem-solver, experienced leader of people and processes, excellent with time management, comfortable with taking initiative, team-oriented, excellent written and verbal communicator.
