What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Close: Support comprehensive month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Reconciliations: Perform bank reconciliations and thoroughly reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts.
• Journal Entries: Prepare and accurately post journal entries to ensure proper recording of financial transactions.
• Audit Facilitation: Develop and maintain essential schedules to facilitate efficient annual audits.
• Data Review: Review financial data meticulously for accuracy and compliance with established standards.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, qualifying for an early-career role in financial accounting.
• Experience: Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles, with eligibility for the CPA exam or partial completion.
• Skills: Proficiency in bank and balance sheet reconciliations, journal entry preparation, and financial data review for accuracy and compliance.
