This is a full-time rotational development program at Novareth. Novareth is seeking emerging talent to join its Early Career Rotational Development Program, offering broad experience across its commercial functions. This role is crucial for supporting customer engagement, market strategies, and new product introductions, helping to cultivate future business leaders for the company.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer & Market Support: Support customers, market strategies, product launches, and growth initiatives.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work directly with commercial and technical teams to solve customer challenges.
• Rotational Development: Rotate through multiple commercial assignments over two years.
• Professional Networking: Build a strong professional network throughout the organization.
• Global Engagement: Collaborate with teams and customers across regions and markets.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Upcoming or recent graduates pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Management, Engineering, Industrial Distribution, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Experience: Prior internship, co-op, leadership, project, sales, customer-facing, or organizational experience. Ability to commit to the two-year rotational program.
• Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Bonus: Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred. Interest in sales, marketing, product management, strategy, or customer engagement. Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
