What You’ll Actually Do
• Account Balancing: Accurately balance and reconcile health plan accounts receivables to ensure financial precision.
• Data Management: Maintain and update spreadsheets with current accounts payable and receivable data.
• Billing Verification: Verify the accuracy of billing information and make necessary corrections to prevent discrepancies.
• Payment Processing: Post payments and generate essential monthly financial reports.
• Financial Correspondence: Manage collections and maintain regular correspondence with various groups to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent, with foundational knowledge in billing and accounts receivables principles.
• Experience: 1 year of related experience specifically in billing and accounts receivables.
• Skills: Account reconciliation, data maintenance for spreadsheets, billing information verification, payment posting, report generation, collections management, professional correspondence.
