What You’ll Actually Do
• Strategizing: Own the outcomes strategy for a portfolio of Workday’s most complex healthcare accounts, proactively defining the approach where existing playbooks do not yet apply.
• Realizing Value: Guide healthcare customers through the ongoing realization of outcomes, ensuring the impact of their Workday investment compounds over time rather than peaking at the initial decision.

• Skills: Demonstrated executive presence characterized by clear and confident communication with senior leaders in high-stakes conversations; Comfort in building and defining new approaches, actively shaping the team’s operational motion rather than just executing existing ones; A deep understanding of how customers plan, govern, and scale their consumption of AI or platform capabilities over time; Practical experience with enterprise HCM, ERP, or financial systems and the operational realities of running them within a healthcare environment.
• Bonus: Master’s degree preferred.
