What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop a diverse skill set encompassing underwriting, marketing, and sales within a real-world environment.
• Undergo comprehensive business skills training through classroom instruction, hands-on application, and office responsibilities.
• Engage extensively with various internal departments, including Originations, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing.
• Effectively showcase Westlake’s comprehensive suite of products and services.
• Make a tangible impact on sales performance in specified regions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: A four-year college degree or better from an accredited university is highly preferred, completed at the time of hire. Relevant closely related majors are preferred.
• Experience: Marketing or sales experience is recommended, though not required; equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Skills: A results-driven mindset, competitive nature, proficiency in negotiation, and presentation skills are essential. An aptitude for effectively showcasing Westlake’s products and services is also required.
• Bonus: A keen interest in thriving within a sales environment, along with an entrepreneurial spirit. Intern experience, extracurricular activities, and participation in athletics are preferred.
