What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Assignments: Engage in a series of well-structured assignments and projects across key business units or market segments to gain an in-depth understanding of operations.
• Challenging Projects: Work alongside experienced professionals and mentors to tackle complex challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement innovative solutions.
• Leadership Development: Enhance technical expertise and leadership capabilities through formal training, mentorship programs, and coaching aligned with the company’s leadership philosophies.
• Mentorship and Coaching: Receive guidance, support, and valuable insights from assigned mentors and program alumni, helping to navigate challenges and make informed career decisions.
• Impact Organizational Success: Be entrusted with hands-on, value-add projects that directly contribute to the success of the organization by driving tangible results.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program, with a graduation date between May 2025 and May 2027. This is an early-career role focused on developing future leaders in Operations and Finance.
• Experience: Prior internship or work experience is mandatory. Must be willing to relocate to Elkhart, IN for the duration of the one-year program and willing to travel as necessary.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated and eager to learn; high attention to detail; analytical mindset with the ability to think strategically; outstanding work ethic and determination.
