• Mission: Transform business requests and data into structured analyses, insights, and recommendations to support commercial and managerial decisions.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Portfolio Analysis: Analyze the insurance portfolio by client, product, and sector to identify trends and development opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Support cross-selling, prospect, and market intelligence activities by identifying high-potential clients and business segments.
• Bid Collaboration: Collaborate with the BID team in preparing bids and beauty contests for Corporate clients and Public Entities.
• Insight Preparation: Contribute to preparing Business Insights on clients and prospects by combining financial, corporate, commercial, and market information.
• Needs Translation: Translate the needs of various company functions into structured analyses, KPIs, and ad-hoc insights.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Statistics, Management Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines; Entry-Level.
• Experience: Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with basic knowledge of PowerBI and SQL.
• Skills: Strong analytical, relational, and problem-solving abilities, coupled with the capacity to synthesize and communicate complex information; Team spirit, proactivity, autonomy, and results orientation.
• Bonus: Interest in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, AI applied to business, and the insurance and brokerage sector.
