The Tone:
This is a Management Trainee position for LESSO, located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. LESSO is a global leader in piping solutions, with over 40 years of growth and business spanning piping systems, building materials, home furnishings, and new energy, reporting USD 3.6 billion in sales revenue in 2025. This critical role is part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative, designed to cultivate future international leaders who will expand the company’s global presence and develop new sales territories worldwide.

The TL;DR
• Role: Management Trainee
• Location: In-person – Fort Lauderdale, FL
• Mission: Cultivate future international leaders, expand LESSO’s global presence, and develop local sales operations.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Undertake six weeks of comprehensive training in China as part of the Pathfinder Global Initiative.
• Assume the role of Sales Manager in Fort Lauderdale, FL, upon successful completion of the program.
• Rapidly master the full range of LESSO products within a short period.
• Develop local business in Fort Lauderdale, FL, utilizing the Group’s resources effectively.
• Demonstrate the potential to lead LESSO’s operations in Washington, DC, and manage a local team of 10.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level career stage requiring familiarity with the Fort Lauderdale, FL metropolitan area.
• Experience: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States, with visa sponsorship, including H-1B, available for this role.
• Skills: Proficient in Chinese; Possesses excellent problem-solving abilities; Eager to learn and capable of quickly mastering new products.
• Bonus: Holds a degree from a university within the Fort Lauderdale, FL metropolitan area.
