The Accountant plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial reporting, accounting operations, and month-end close processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Mission: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data through account reconciliations, balance sheet analysis, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting.
• Tech Stack: accounting systems, reporting tools, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), SAP

What You’ll Actually Do
• Accounting: Perform financial accounting, analysis, and reporting activities.
• Close Process: Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Intercompany Transactions: Prepare and reconcile intercompany transactions across legal entities and CSCs.
• Balance Sheet Analysis: Analyze, reconcile, and forecast balance sheet accounts.
• Audit Support: Support internal and external audit requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with a strong understanding of GAAP.
• Experience: Requires 1+ years of accounting experience with a Big Four firm or 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Skills: Strong general ledger, reconciliation, analytical, communication, and documentation skills, along with proficiency in accounting systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Bonus: IFRS knowledge, intercompany reconciliation experience, SAP experience, and a CPA are preferred.
