• Mission: This person will ensure accurate recording of tenant receivable activity and timely processing of billing and payments for assigned properties.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Record: Record tenant receivable activity accurately within the designated accounting system.
• Process: Process tenant billings and payments according to established company policies.
• Generate: Input data, generate necessary reports, and conduct research using office automation systems.
• Communicate: Communicate and collaborate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate: Coordinate essential cash management activities to support the organization’s financial operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Post-secondary education in accounting or business.
• Experience: 1-2 years of progressive experience in accounts receivable or general accounting, including experience in high-volume accounts receivable environments.
• Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, proficiency with Excel and Word, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bonus: Proficiency with YARDI accounting software.
