What You’ll Actually Do
• Training: Participate in classroom sessions and line of business overviews.
• Development: Engage in Credit Analysis training and complete case study work.
• Projects: Execute project work that directly impacts and adds value to the line of business.
• Networking: Build relationships with managers, leaders, and peers across the organization.
• Rotations: Complete rotational training experiences by working day-to-day within the line of business.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level role requiring a Bachelor’s degree with an overall GPA of 3.2, including 9 hours of accounting (specific to Commercial and Wealth Associate roles).
• Experience: Relevant work experience is preferred.
• Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with a focus on developing financial, analytical, and technical skills through the program.
• Bonus: A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting; completion of 12 hours of Finance courses; coursework in MIS, CS, or Security (for relevant positions).
