Finance & Analytics Development Program – Associate Financial Analyst | Casey’s

The Tone:
This is a 2-year entry-level development program at Casey’s, located in the Greater Des Moines area. Casey’s is a Fortune 500 company operating over 2,900 convenience stores in 19 states, ranking as the 3rd largest convenience store retailer and 5th largest pizza chain in the United States. This program is designed to develop future leaders by building essential leadership, analytical, and business acumen skills. It prepares participants for long-term success and diverse post-program roles across the organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Analysis: Analyze the financial performance of company results.
• Corporate Reporting: Prepare information for investor presentations, annual reports, and monthly financial reporting.
• Business Strategy: Provide valuable business decision support to various teams.
• Internal Controls: Perform financial and operational audits across the organization.
• Leadership Engagement: Present strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Graduating in December 2026 or May 2027 with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, Management Information Systems, or a business equivalent major. This is an entry-level position.
• Experience: Demonstrated leadership experience acquired through internships, volunteer activities, or university clubs.
