The Fresno Mission

The Fresno Mission is one of the largest nonprofits in the Central Valley, leading a vital outreach ministry alongside five interrelated organizations. Our overarching mission is to help people in crisis and experiencing life-insecurity. We serve as a non-denominational, evangelical ministry, sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ through transformational programs that provide essential services like food, shelter, clothing, education, job training, and family renewal to those most affected by life’s challenges.

With a dedicated team of over 200 employees, The Fresno Mission fosters a deeply faith-based and mission-driven culture where every team member is considered an integral part of our Christian missionary efforts. We are committed to excellence, integrity, and a collaborative spirit in supporting our comprehensive programs throughout the Central Valley. We invite individuals passionate about serving others and sharing our core beliefs to explore opportunities to join our impactful team.
