• Team: Process Automation business for BA Function Operation Centers and Quality division; reports to Procurement Team Lead
• Mission: Ensure the implementation, maintenance, and compliance of the purchasing and logistics-related activities in the Procurement function to support the businesses.
• Tech Stack: SAP, Ariba/ (S/4HANA)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage: Oversee the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO), Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Processing, and payment follow-up.
• Ensure: Guarantee timely and accurate processing of procurement transactions in compliance with company policies and controls, and monitor purchasing compliance, invoice accuracy, and payment performance.
• Support: Assist with supplier onboarding, vendor master maintenance, and resolution of supplier issues, while maintaining documentation for internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze: Examine procurement and payment data to identify process improvement opportunities and track and resolve blocked invoices, payment delays, and purchase order discrepancies.
• Collaborate: Work with global and regional teams to drive process standardization and operational excellence, generating reports, KPIs, and dashboards to monitor P2P performance.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Procurement Operations, Shared Services, or Supply Chain Management, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or shared services environment.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of strategic sourcing activities, procurement processes, invoice management, accounts payable, and supplier management, complemented by hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba/ (S/4HANA).
• Bonus: Strong understanding of MRP & Production Order lifecycle.
