Graduate Leadership Program – AI & Software Engineering (January Start) | PMG

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at PMG, located in Dallas, TX. PMG is a global independent platform company that integrates business strategy, media, creative, and data using its proprietary operating system, Alli. This program is designed for new graduates to contribute to the evolution of Alli, creating innovative AI-driven software solutions for major brands and kickstarting a career in AI and software engineering within the digital marketing space. You will develop industry expertise and build a strong network from the start.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop: Engineer scalable software solutions and systems for a full-time role right from the start.
• Contribute: Evolve PMG’s proprietary AI-powered technology, Alli, to create solutions for brands like Nike and Apple.
• Collaborate: Engage in opportunities like peer programming alongside experienced AI and Software engineers.
• Lead: Drive the charge of AI Agents within the digital marketing space.
• Impact: Harness data and deliver insights to enable ad delivery to over 1 billion consumers.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree between Summer 2026 and Fall 2026 in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Experience: Internships or relevant work experience demonstrating problem-solving and technical capabilities.
• Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, and Node.js; experience with AWS and GCP; and experience with AI technologies including OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex, and LangChain.
• Bonus: A passion for mastering new technologies and a curiosity about digital marketing. Authorization to work in the US without requiring sponsorship.
