What You’ll Actually Do
• Engagement: Participate in different phases of audit and/or tax engagements.
• Analysis: Perform planning, testing, researching, and reporting activities.
• Compliance: Work with compilations, reviews, compliance, financial statements, and benefit plans.
• Taxation: Engage with corporate, partnership, individual, international federal, and state & local taxes.
• Collaboration: Interact meaningfully with staff at all levels and with clients to deliver business solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in accounting, or a Master’s degree in accounting or tax. This is an entry-level internship designed for students.
• Experience: Academic success demonstrated by a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0. Must be on track to complete the requisite degree and supporting credits to sit for the CPA exam, with the goal of successfully obtaining your CPA license.
• Skills: Possess detail-orientation, leadership potential, problem-solving, communication, and analytical abilities.
• Bonus: Must be a student planning to return to school following the internship. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with exceptions for qualified candidates who are bilingual in either Japanese and English or Chinese and English.
