The Regulatory Advisory Analyst ensures seamless coordination and transparent communication with regulators, supporting the bank’s commitment to compliance and effective external party management for all Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) related matters.

The TL;DR

• Team: Regulatory & Exam Management (“R&EM) team
• Mission: Coordinate the Bank’s relationships with its regulators and oversee all external party engagements and exam administrations for CAO related matters.
• Tech Stack: GFMS, Sharepoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, AI tools

What You’ll Actually Do
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings efficiently on behalf of examiners and/or regulators.
• Document Management: Track, collect, and submit documentation requests, including maintaining a comprehensive document request log and hosting Sharepoint sites.
• Logistics Oversight: Oversee all onsite review logistics, such as arranging office space, securing building access, and requesting necessary technology access.
• Communication Triage: Review and prioritize emails received in group mailboxes for appropriate assignment and escalation, and upload report submissions to regulators.
• Reporting Production: Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reporting process, which involves chasing stakeholders for updated content and compiling final documents with consistent formatting.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree with a focus on project management, consulting, or remediation analysis.
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management, consulting, and/or remediation analysis.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail; Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills; Strong MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency; Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills; Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows while applying critical judgment.
