• Mission: Provide independent, objective assurance and advisory service to identify risks, improve controls, and ensure compliance.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Exposure: Gain understanding of audit methodology and processes for Servicing, Originations, Compliance, IT, and SOX audits.
• Planning: Assist in the planning phases of internal audit engagements.
• Research: Investigate and propose industry best practices, innovative approaches, and notable programs of industry peers.
• Analysis: Conduct business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership for business and process changes.
• Development: Receive training and perform duties across various functions to become familiar with company policies and best practices.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently pursuing a four-year college degree with a scheduled graduation date between Fall 2027 and Spring of 2028.
• Experience: No prior experience required; this is an entry-level internship focusing on professional development and corporate experience.
• Skills: Highly developed organizational and project/time-management skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in quantitative analysis, strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology or Data Analytics preferred, an entrepreneurial business mindset, strong business communication skills with an ability to work well in a collaborative environment.
