The Tone:
This is a full-time, early career leadership development role at Newrez, located in Fort Washington, PA. Newrez is a residential mortgage company dedicated to making home happen by empowering employees to deliver superior service and innovative solutions to customers and business partners. This role is a vital part of the TRAIL program, a 12-month initiative designed to cultivate future company leaders by providing recent graduates with practical, hands-on experience and mentorship to strengthen management skills.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Develop Leadership Skills: Perform assigned duties under experienced personnel to gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to a management position.
• Analyze and Recommend: Conduct business analyses and provide recommendations to leadership for business and process changes.
• Gain Broad Exposure: Receive training and perform duties in several functions to become familiar with line and staff operations, management viewpoints, company policies, and best practices.
• Learn Operational Methods: Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties, including decisioning in real-world account management scenarios.
• Champion Process Improvement: Help champion the Process Improvement discipline within the organization and implement the steps and tools necessary to successfully complete projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university; recent college graduate. Degrees in Business Administration, Finance, or Data Analytics preferred.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required for this program designed for recent college graduates; proficiency in Excel and/or Tableau is essential.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, proficiency in quantitative analysis, ability to adapt and multi-task under pressure, and an entrepreneurial business mindset.
• Bonus: Experience with SQL.
