What You’ll Actually Do
• Design and Build: Design, build, and ship full stack features and capabilities across our Identity’s Platform.
• Interface Development: Build fast, intuitive interfaces for large, complex data, including identity inventories, access graphs, and audit trails.
• UI Standards: Own and evolve our design system, establishing the standard for UI quality across the product.
• Architecture Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of architecture and infrastructure projects.
• Collaboration: Partner with designers, product managers, and other engineers to transform complex security workflows into clear user experiences.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior level professional, bringing extensive experience to the development and maintenance of production-grade, enterprise-level software products.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in developing and maintaining enterprise products, with proven end-to-end delivery of rich frontend and backend products.
• Skills: Strong frontend expertise in React and TypeScript/JavaScript, and strong backend expertise in at least one of Python, Go, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
• Bonus: Experience designing and maintaining a comprehensive design system. Familiarity with modern cloud environments, including Kubernetes (K8S), Docker, various databases (DBs), and messaging brokers. Prior knowledge or expertise within identity management or broader security domains is also beneficial.
